Whether it’s a replacement or refund, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Reyhan Islamic Art would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty or defective.

Because of the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will gladly collect it at our expense and process your return, provided it is in the condition in which you received it repacked in its original packaging. If it is not a manufacturing or shipping issue, we reserve the right not to repair, replace or refund the item.
